[Reset Icons] in Channel has no effect when changing scheme.

Description
If you change "channel icon name scheme" in Configuration -> General -> Base and use the [Reset Icons] button in the Channel list; Icon filenames using the new scheme aren't generated..
However if you empty the user icon field first, save then hit the [Reset Icons] button they are generated using the new scheme.
I think most users would expect the new scheme to apply to existing icon filenames?

The icon URLs are always regenerated only on user request. It should be described in doc. You can select a group of channels and click on 'Reset button'. The field empty settings is not required.

Ahh, so it's more like a "Reset Selected Icons" button! I assumed it reset all of them!
I'll update the docs.
