Description

I was using tvheadend happily until I noticed that the recordings were disappearing from the Finished Recordings list, even though the video files were still there. I looked in the configuration and saw that the log retention was set to 31 days, while the file retention was set to 0, which I presumed meant that the files would be kept indefinitely.
Because I wanted the logs also kept indefinitely, I set the log retention to 0. Shortly afterwards I noticed that all the logs had disappeared AND SO HAD ALL THE FILES except those for which the logs had already been deleted! That was several dozen hours of video which I have not been able to retrieve.
If it is intentional that setting both retention values to zero causes all data to be removed immediately, there should at least be a warning...

There is a list for periods in latest TVH, so it's clear what you should enter.

So I see. That's fixed, not rejected.
