Add a "max tuners" limit per user

Hi,
it would be nice to be able to limit the number of tuners a user is allowed to use simultaneously.
For now we can limit connections but not tuners.
For instance, you have 2 tuners, and you want a user to be able to use only 1 at time (regardless if it's http,htsp or recording...)

It's identical as 'Restrict connections: All', 'Connection limit: 1'. I miss something?

With connection limit, it can only connect once (does it include recordings?).
I would like to be able to have as much recordings or connections as the user wants, if it's on the same tuner.

Check 'Restrict connections' field. You can specify if the DVR session is included, too.

It usually means to use services from the same mux. I see the point, but it's very difficult to implement. The limit is checked before the real tuner subscription.
