DVR Recordings from same mux as watching didn't work

Description
Tested that on 2 devices (RPI and BananaPro,both identic dvb tuners), if i watch channel via SAT>IP and try to record same channel from same mux recorded file is damaged,status shows no errors. Found this while using mpeg-ts/pass profile. If using matroska profile recorded file is ok and plays normally. Never seen that before, i remember ist was working before, but don't know in which build. I tested changing some adapter settings but that doesn't work.

I was too early with saying "fixed" 
I tried to record with TS while watching the same channel, but got only rubbish.... But i changed profile to matroska, that records same normally...strange....

I got a trace, maybe that helps. Fond many of this:
[ DEBUG]:pass-pmt: -: PID 13EC CC error 6 != 7
Could't be a bad stream, as i said, recording as matroska works fine.
