I don't see any AAC discontinuities here for this data - tried several channels :-( Also, I don't see CBeebies HD channel there.

Bah, sorry, looks like I've gotten CBBC HD and Cbeebies HD mixed up!

I've attached the correct one this time!

Adding another link to a mux sample that contains DTS errors so it doesn't get lost.

Just to add my observation, the DTS errors not only affect AAC but also MPEG2AUDIO and it stops when going into an ad break.
