Description
The idea is to create one profile for transcoding,
with will not enlarge SD content and reduce size too match with HD
ex.
new profile
codec for video some of available
if content HD vertical size axxx bitrate ayyy
if content SD vertical size bxxx bitrate byyy
if its possible for SD aspect ratio check (4:3/16:9)
Something similar with audio
