I don't know if it's a bug or just wrong settings from my side. Try to get 12441V on Astra2 with the TBS6905 card.
Note my LNB is twisted 90 degrees so V->H and H->V...

Another card, TBS6904 is ok for this transponder for both dvblast and tvh.

Could you try to set FEC to auto and disable "network discovery" in the network settings ? Anyway, it's the driver issue.
