If you disable a ca client it shows a message 'disconnect from <port>' but it gets really cw from server until you restart rvheadend.

whatever you disabled, it does not seem to be the connection currently used for decryption. Further more if oscam says disconnected and would still deliver cws it would be a bug on oscams side also (assuming that what you showed us is a oscam log, which we don't know).

Are you sure that you have only one Horus reader defined ? You should see more errors in log for active cwc:

But it's with latest master..

There are more than one reader. I've disabled the caid 1833 too (tunneling 1702) and now it's all disconnected. Reject ticket.
