Tvheadend

I hesitated some time to file that bug here, because I am uncertain, if the problems I have are due to tvh.
As frontend I use openELEC 5 on a rpi1 and rpi2. Backend is hosted on linux box.

Synopsis:

I upgraded tvh from v3.9-2308 to v3.9-2525 and 10 days later to v3.9-2662.
After both upgrades I have some troubles with the list of recordings:

The list of recordings is steadily reloading, in the case when a movie is recorded at the same time. When this happens I cannot watch any other recording, because the reload disallows me to select a movie.
This problem showed up only after upgrading the thv server side. The frontends have not been touched. Thus, I am a bit puzzled by this behaviour.

Similar, the extJS reloads the EPG list (and maybe other lists, too) under the same condition. Which renders the usage to nuts.

I don't have any insight in the protocol, but what could initiate the reload/refresh of the lists?
Any ideas?
