Description

If you try to remove an IPTV stream, the file .hts/tvheadend/iptvtransports/iptv_X is not removed. So next time you restart tvheadend, the streams are still there.

Attached is a patch that fixes this. Also the channel is removed (I don't know if this is the intention, but for me this is the most convenient)
