Description

Hi,

In Spain we have done a Mux re-allocation in order to optimize the spectrum and also to deploy the 4G LTE Networks for the Mobile operators.

So for that reason the spectrum has changed and now we are not able to tune all the channels in VideoStation.

Please update VideoStation with the new information in order to tune the rest of the channels and the future channels that will be assigned.

Here you can find some links with more information about this:

http://www.televisiondigital.gob.es/DividendoDigital/Paginas/buscar-canales-mando-distancia.aspx

In this link you will find all the muxes specified by the gobernment for each Regions / Provinces:
http://www.tdt1.com/

And also this link you can find the UHF channels (Muxes) per Network and Province:
http://www.mundoplus.tv/zonatdt/frecuencias_tdt_canalesdefinitivos.php

Please if you need anything else do not hesitate to contact me.

Hi,

Spanish gobernment has carried out a Mux re-allocation in order to optimize the spectrum and also start to deploy the 4G LTE Networks in 800 MHz band (or UHF channels from 61 to 69) for the Mobile operators.

Tvhedaend is running in my Synology NAS and I would like update the Tool "Add DVB Network by Location" in order to be able to tune all the channels that will be broadcasted in Tvheadend selecting my location in example Spain / Madrid.

Here you can find some links with more information about this:

Please if you need anything else do not hesitate to contact me.

Reason for edit: Sorry I was thinking in my Synology´s VideoStation app.

I'm going to assume you're running some sort of NAS device? Synology perhaps? in which case you need to contact your device's manufacturer. The tvheadend developers cannot update your system.

But, you can update these for yourself..

Add the frequencies manually and you usually only need to add one mux to tvheadend for it to find the others provided you have mux discovery on ('autodetect muxes' in 3.4 I believe) and your network has nit tables (most do).

http://igorfuna.com/dvb-t/digital/tv-channel-frequencies will help you work out what frequency (center) you need to use for each uhf channel, you then need to figure out what transmission mode is used (in the UK it's 8k) amongst other things google should be able to help you there.

I hope this helps somewhat.
