Description

with 1228 I specified "skip initial scan" for my networks.
yet, when I restart tvheadend, it is busy for 15 minutes scanning all my muxes.
this uses all my 6 adapters.
response time on the web ui is slow e.g. the Status display stays greyed out a lot.
packages are lost, connection with xbmc is lost frequently.
I wonder if scanning sets a critical lock and keeps it too long?

It would really help if the initial scan didn't lock up all adapters.
