Description

general informations before:
I've cross compiled hts-tvheadend-2.10 for WDTV Live (Arch=mips [little-endian]) see thread: http://wdtvforum.com/main/index.php?topic=4795.0
There is a huge community of WDTV and your project is absolute brilliant for the multimedia box (I also use this on Ubuntu).
The cross compiler runs smooth through the source and the binary works on the box (it needed some time).
#file tvheadend
tvheadend: ELF 32-bit LSB executable, MIPS, MIPS32 rel2 version 1, dynamically
linked (uses shared libs), for GNU/Linux 2.6.12, with unknown capability 0xf41 =
0x756e6700, not stripped

I can select an adapter afterwards I added a region. tvheadend starts to scan the frequencys and this will fail with following kernel errors:

Jan 1 00:16:56 WDTV-sberg daemon.notice tvheadendr6909: dvb: New mux "570,000 kHz"
created by built-in configuration from "Brandenburg"
Jan 1 00:16:56 WDTV-sberg user.err kernel: dma_address conversion failure
(0x28eb8000 in range 0x04000000-0x14000000)
Jan 1 00:16:56 WDTV-sberg user.err kernel: dma_address conversion failure
(0x28eb8200 in range 0x04000000-0x14000000)

I use the dvb-t device CinergyT2. Is there anything you can do?
I'll help as much as I can to solve this Issue.

Thanks

I've just find out there is also a problem with basic dvb-utils and scanning.
So I guess it's a problem with the cinergyT2 kernel module.

I'll close the ticket.
