Are these features in place?

I have used mediaportal for a while but am looking at moving to xbmc - the issue being the PVR functionality there.

TV headend seems the most mature offering for use with xbmc but I wanted to check if te latest release has these features?

Auto epg from sky uk ota (open tv) I think this is in place
Auto channel tuning, numbering, additions and removals when new channels come in or are sunset and group creation?
