disable epg and mux scanning

Hi,
I have a problem with tvheadend 3.3.485~gf4dda1b in openelec on a raspberry pi. I have managed to get live tv more or less good, but i have problems with audio out of sync. I get many transport and continuity counter errors. So i contacted the support of my DVB-S Stick (sundtek SkyTV ultimate) today. They said, that the problem is maybe, that every channel on the same mux of the channel i want to watch, is send over usb. They said that it could probably work, if i would only send the channel i want to watch. They have a tool called mediaclient wich shows what is send. This is one example how the output looks like (it shows that the whole mux is transmitted):

One suggestion was, that tvheadend tries to renew epg data. So i unchecked every checkbox in the EPG configuration in xbmc and tvheadend. I also deactived all mux autodetection. But afterwards there are still messages in the log of tvheadend showing that epg is still renewed. I wanted to ask, if somebody could tell me, what i did wrong and if there is a possibilty to shutdown epg renewal completely? My goal is, that only the channel i want to watch is transmitted.
Thanks a lot and kind regards!
Thomas
P.S. i have made screenshut of my config here:
