Tvheadend

Hello, is there any talk out there about a proxyserver/repeater for use with tvheadend?

Any idea how to connect multiple htsp clients to a proxyserver on the local network - connecting to a tvheadend server - and in case theyre subscribe to the same service to reuse the stream to save bandwidth ?
