TV-Station DVB-S2 Twin

Added by Olav Aasgaard about 12 years ago

I have the following Tvheadend installation:
• Ubuntu server 12.04
• Kernel version 3.2.0-29-generic x86_64
• KNC1 TV-Station DVB-S2 Twin card
http://knc1.de/d/produkte/digital_dvb_s2_twin.htm

KNC1 are providing a Linux driver on their homepage http://knc1.de/d/download/digital.htm#linux.

Configuring the DVB-S2 card in TVheadend works fine, and I’m able to scan for Muxes and services. It’s even possible to bring TV to the screen via XBMC.

But here it ends. The system is not able to show the picture in proper quality. HDTV is useless – even standard TV resolution is not acceptable.

syslog is logging a lot of the following entries:
Sep 3 07:03:10 ubtv01 tvheadend1076: TS: STV090x Multistandard/11,836,500 kHz Horizontal (No satconf)/Das Erste: MPEG2VIDEO #101: Continuity counter error, 10 dup$

lspci –vv gives the following output:

Anybody out there having experience with the TV-Station DVB-S2 Twin?

Any suggestions how to proceed from here?
Thanks!
