Edit: This might be related to issues being discussed elsewhere, but in my case the high cpu load is also there without recording as for as i noticed:

Hi,
I am seeing high CPU loads (60-70%) when playing encrypted channel on 3.1.651, resulting in continuity errors and pauses in video and audio. I see some commits in Git that seem to aim to reduce cpu load, but they should be present in the newest version.
Didn't see this before, so it seems to be with the newest versions only in my case.
Any ideas how to solve this/what can cause this?
Thanks,
Alex.
