Difference in standalone Vs libreelec addon
Added by Emma Freed over 1 year ago
When using standalone on a pi3, I'm basically having no luck finding services using the default predefined mux lists. But using server 4.2 as an add-on to libreelec, I can easily grab all of the expected services on the same mux lists. I would conclude that the latter is somehow more recently maintained and the best I can think of is to somehow transfer the configurations from the addon version to the standalone. Would this work?
Any reason why the addon version is giving much better results?
If I install Kodi standalone, then server 4.2 as an addon, does Kodi need to be running for the tvheadend addon service to be working in the background? https://kodi.software/
