LibreELEC update removed entries from 'Finished Recordings' to 'Removed Recordings'
Added by Heinz Mezera almost 2 years ago
System:
RPi3B+
LibreELEC
TVHeadend add-on (server)
Problem:
I did a manual update of LibreELEC from 10.0.2 to 10.0.3 and lost the entries in 'Finished Recordings', the ts-files are still exist on the USB stick I use as Storage media. The Web-interface lists the lost entries on the 'Removed Recordings' tab.
How can I get the entries back to the list of finished recordings?
Regards from Vienna, Austria,
Heinz

Maybe you don't have to? Maybe it is enough to be able to watch those videos? If so, you could move the files to a directory that you configure in Kodi as a video source.
If you really need them to move back into TVHeadend's list of finished recordings, I see only two options:
1) Restore previous state from a backup.
2) Learn how TVHeadend stores its data, then manipulate the data as needed.
Of course, if you had a backup and could do 1), you have probably already done so. And also of course, by posting here, you were probably hoping that someone who knows how TVHeadend stores its data could give you step-by-step instructions how to manipulate TVHeadend data to bring those recordings back. But your post is 16 days old by now and nobody with this knowledge has materialized and given such instructions. I do not have this knowledge, either, and can only tell you how I would solve the underlying problem (see first paragraph).
