Problem using 2 tuners simultaneously

Hi.
Tvheadend is great software and it has worked perfect for me until recently
I'm using tvheadend 2.12, xbmc frontend with 2 separate DVB-C tuners. I have a local connected newcamb server with a conax card in.
Hardware
Device path:
/dev/dvb/adapter1
Device name:
Philips TDA10023 DVB-C
Host connection:
PCI
My problem is that I'm not able to use these 2 tuners simultaneously. Sometimes it works fine but most of the time tvheadend are not able to descramble channels from these 2 tuners at the same time.
I think my problems started when I updated from tvheadend 2.11 to 2.12. Is this a known bug? Does anyone know where to download 2.11?
