Tvheadend

The situation is that there are two channels that carry the same network, but neither are 100% reliable. Sometimes both work but sometimes only one does and the other fails (and it could be either one that works). So for shows from that network, we want to set two autorecs, one for each channel. But apparently Tvheadend sees that it's a duplicate and won't schedule both recordings. How can we force Tvheadend to record from both channels at the same time even though the program name, etc. is the same? I tried to search for info but it appears most people don't want duplicate recordings, but we do in case one fails (typical that we want the opposite of what everyone else wants, but in this case there is a reason). Obviously we'd prefer not to have to set manual timers every week to make this happen.
