Cabernet not pulling in starz

I am able to pull in 67 channels and starz is not one of them. It doesn't show up in tvheadend as a mux or in channels.json in provider_video_ustvgo folder. Ive tried resetting the channels and do a new pull with no luck.

Any thoughts?
