Problems if a lot of subscriptions end at the same time

tvheadend: version 4.3-1980~g1ee9c5b9c
Linux
Kernel: 5.4.0-89-generic
Distribution: Ubuntu 20.04 x86_64
Hardware:
Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1231 v3
8GB
Storage: cifs Server 100TB via 10GB Ethernet
Problem:
if a lot of subscriptions stop at the same time (actual more than 30) and the same amount of subscriptions start immediate after that time, the program crashes and the error
"tvheadend1131: mpegts: too much queued table input data (over 2MB) for A10-C TurboSight TBS 6205 DVB-T/T2/C #10 : DVB-C #0, discarding new"
occures for every unsubscribing task. After this time only a restart of the tvheadend service clears this situation.
Still exploring this, but it seems that the problem bases on the number of files within the target-directories. if the directories are empty or the directory content is within the cache the error does not occur. If there are a lot of files within the target-directory (app. 16,000) this error occurs reproduceable. After a restart (no unsubscribing) this error NEVER occurs.
