Help with Regex and manual series record

Hi there.

I am trying to do a series timer that picks up anything with the title "River Cottage" in it.

Some of the shows I would like to pick up are:

River Cottage
River Cottage: Every Day
River Cottage Best Bits

How can I use Regex to pick up all of these shows, please?

Have you actually tried? The first thing on the autorec help page is an example that uses BBC News in exactly the way you want to use River Cottage. So what is your problem? What have you tried and how did it fail?
