Limiting user to a subset of recordings

I have created a new user that I hope will be only able to access a subset of recordings.
Under Configuration/Users/Access Entries/Video Recorder I have set Basic and HTSP
Under Configuration/Users/Access Entries/DVR configuration profiles I have set one DVR profile.
I do not have Configuration/Users/Access Entries/Admin set.
However when I access TVH from Kodi via this user, I can see and play all recordings, regardless of the profile.
Anyone know how to get this working?
