Tvheadend

Hello,

i am a beginner and i have managed to setup tvheadend onto an ubuntu server. Now i am trying to get Wake on Lan working. My Router allows WOL if the request is coming from the internet.
However i don't want to stream from the internet, i just want to login in via the internet, wake the device up, and then stream from my internal network.

So far i have tried to edit /etc/default/tvheadend to TVH_HTSP_PORT="9982" TVH_HTTP_PORT="9981", but it looks like it is being ignored.
I tried to start manually "tvheadend --http_port 9982 --htsp_port 9983", it seems to work, but i cant log in.

How do i get TVH automatically start on 9981 & 9982 with my existing login and configuration?
