tv output over coax?

Can I output the signal I'm feeding into tvheadend by coax? So I could put it into my coax jack on the back of my tv.

That's going to depend on what hardware you have and what type of signal you're inputting. In general TVH isn't going to be involved, you should talk to a TV repair person (or a clued up TV salesperson) about the hardware setup you have and what you will need.

I want to send iptv over coax to my tv like an antenna.

You need DVB Modulator, software to make MPTS example MPSTd or TSDuck
