Version 4.3 has not audio stream filters?

Hi all, I am trying to do this https://tvheadend.org/boards/5/topics/18961 as one of my channels appears to insist on audio commentary but for the life of me I cannot see the Audio Stream Filters button anywhere.

Is there something I need to do to enable it?

Switch the GUI to 'expert' mode?

Configuration -> General -> Base -> Default View Level

Oh, well now don't I feel like a complete moron, I spent ages looking and Googling and I just had the wrong view level!
