Transcoding on i3-4010U not working

Hey, i try to transcode live tv for mobile access, but this does not work.
My TVHeadend is running on a LibreElec system with Intel i3-4010U CPU.

If i connect from my Android device with TVHClient, i can see the running proccesses continiously switching (screenshot).
May someone can give me a hint what i have to do to solve the problem?

Target: Transcode SD/HD live tv to mobile Android device.

All Elec derivates do not support this option.

Got it working. Transcoding with current LibreElec and TVH 4.2 is no problem.
I used the wrong external player. Now with VLC everything is perfect.
Transcoding on the fly with 35% CPU consumption :-)

client do not care what processing have stream before it receave it.

but you use 100% cpu and 0% gpu
(intel_gpu_top in your case)
