Current Status of RPI builds?

What is the current status of RPI builds please, e.g. unstable tvheadend_4.3-1857~g221c29b40 on a PI4 with Buster?

After spending a lot of time using the apt.tvheadend.org unstable version plus compiling my own, I'm suspecting that;

1) Transcoding is not currently available?
2) Spawn profile to use, for example ffmpeg, is also disabled?
3) ability for clients to see / use Spawn profiles is not working?
