Tvheadend

Hello!

I have currently a Tvheadend server 4.3 installed on a virtual Debian 10 and I would like to transcode a radio stream into mp3.
Indeed, I have an old IP radio player (Liveradio Vintage) that is not anymore maintained by Orange (or Awox the original manufacturer) and cannot anymore play the newly updated general radio stream (RTL France).

So I am thinking about using my Tvheadend server as a radio server but I need to convert the original stream to mp3 (the only format that is reliabily played on the radio player)

How can I do to add this codec on the server? (I have tried AAC and Ogg Vorbis without luck)
