Signal Strength unknown on MyGica S270

Hi,

I'm using a MyGica S270 (ISDB-T) with a Raspberry Pi 4 and trying to run Tvheaded for the first time.

The current signal strength on the Tvheadend web shows "unknown"
and when I run femon -H I get:
FE: Siano Mobile Digital MDTV Receiver (DVBT)
Problem retrieving frontend information: Timer expired
status | signal 30% | snr 96% | ber 2203 | unc -1225854680 |

Any idea what can be the issue?

There is a checkbox "Force old status" on tuner,
check if this will help in this case.
Also report result for others.

I already tried it but didn't work.

Do you guys know what can be the issue with the Problem retrieving frontend information: Timer expired message of the _femon -H _ command?
