tvheadend Cannot change port 9981 to 9983 please help...

I want to change my tvheadend from port 9981 to 9983 but my biggest problem is I
don't know anything in linux and ubuntu 18.04 ...I did load tvheadend by cut and paste the command lines i found online useing terminal and i also follow and use this ( tvheadend --http_port 9983 ) in terminal but it didn't work for me ...please anyone if you can tell me the terminal command i will try to do it so i can change the port from 9981 to 9983 ..
also you good members are willing to fix my problem we can do it via teamviewer 14 thanks again..

You need to edit service script 

tvheadend.service

Most simple is to use router redirect ;)

@saen acro thanks for you reply but how do use tvheadend .service because i tryed it in terminal and its say bad command ..what can i use in terminal to change port 9881 to 9983 thanks for the help...

To the members who are trying to help me change port 9881 to 9883 if you post how to fix it by useing the terminal then i might have a chance in fixing it ...I need to know what command to use in terminal so i can cut and paste and whatever step i would have to do would be greatful thank you..
