No BBC and other channels

Hi all
I have been struggling with tvheadend for a Month. I have set it and scan my channels on Emley Moor, but I have no BBC/ITV services. I do get Film4, E4 and a few others. Does anyone have any idea what is causing this? I am currently using tvheadend 2.12
