Tvheadend

I'm running TVH 4.3

My Failed Recordings tab is not showing any new information. I had some entries in the tab but they were all quite old, so I deleted them.
Yesterday I had a small issue - accidentally interrupted the power to an external disk. As a result 2 programs failed to record. I had to re-mount the disk
and re-start TVheadend to get things working again.

Nothing shows in the Failed Recordings tab.

Any ideas on how to fix?
