recording to nass drive

how can i record to a nass drive i have rpi with tvh i set the the rpi to mount affter boot but when i try record i get file not created in the failed recordings i had it working once but when i rebooted the file was placed in the removed files bit but the file was still on the nass
i have dvr profiles for each user and there own folder in the nass.
i have on the nass a folder called TVH with a folder for each user on the rpi i have it monted the folder TVH in /home/hts/Nass/TVH
if i am in that dir and do ls -a i see the folders and can cd to them
any ideas ?

Thank you I will try tonight when I am home but that was what I thought was causing it
