Live TV Player Windows no sound

Hi vevrywhere,
another mystic symptom:

tvheadend Live TV Player plays TV/sound with some channels like zdf or zfd neo and some channels like ard only with video and no audio.
Direct streaming services via config / services and vlc works at all channels.
The services diffs in the audio type - see attachments.
