Broken menu after curl command execution

Hi,

I was trying to discover TVheadend API and tried something like curl -X PUT -d uuid=...... -d enabled='true' 'http://xxx::9981/api/ipblock/entry/save'.

Since then, IPBLOCK menu item disappeared from administration interface. Does anyone know what could have caused this and what to do to repair this broken menu ?

This menu used to be under Configuration -> Users.
