"Automatic IPTV Network" option not available

Hello,
I've installed tvheadend on a Ubuntu 18.04 and I can't find the option "Automatic IPTV Network"
There is an IPTV Network option but I can't configure a m3u list.
Where I can configure a m3u list or how I make the "Automatic IPTV Network" option available
