SatIP over Zerotier (or Tinc)
Added by Gurabli Gurabli almost 6 years ago
Hi,
I'm trying to connect my remote Tvheadend backend with the local client. It works perfectly fine with SSH (AutoSSH), but I would like to utilize SAT-IP to have the remote DVB-C adapter show up in my local Tvheadend server.
Could you help me with this? I was thinking of Zerotier as it looks very simple to configure. Is SatIP working over Zerotier, if yes, any tips how to configure? Tinc is also interesting, if SatIP can be done with Tinc, I would also be grateful for a help (like Proxy ARP is a way to go?)
Thanks!

Nearly any router can do that without to pay monthly tax.

Sorry, I don't get this. Could you please explain? What does it have to do with a router?
My remote server should be accessed over internet (wan).
