SNR and Signal values remain as they were first opened and do not change

HTS Tvheadend 4.3-1718~g8e0dd2b
TBS6909
Centos 7
kernel 4.17.19

Is they move if femon used?

I noticed new, pc starts about 1 hour after starting. Can this cause?

When it stop to refresh status use femon
