Tvheadend

Hi

I expericed a strange problem.

recently the video streaming is not working.

can not play a video in intranet

network is:
client 192.168.0.x
subnetmask 255.255.0.0
gateway :192.168.0.31

in tvheadend for a user I have: network allowed
0.0.0.0/0,::/0,192.168.0.0/16,192.169.0.0/24

maybe it is not related to the network. but is is working on the local server

epg data is available on the raspberry kodi, but no video

any ideas what is wrong?
