Tvheadend

On Linux Mint 19, new install from the latest "sudo apt-get install" package just today. Ran setup, scan detected my Hauppauge 940Q tuner, and am able to watch TV just fine. But when I try to record, the red recording dot appears for a second but immediately turns into a red exclamation point.

Suggestion for how to fix this appreciated. This program looks awesome and I want to use it.

[EDIT] Never mind. I thought I would try to send the recordings to a folder other than /home/hts and there was something about that the TvHeadend did not like. I changed it back to the default and all seems well now.
