Tvheadend

Hey,
i using LibreElec v9.0.6
and
TVHeadend Nightly build http://build.mycvh.de/Tvh-LE9.0/4.3-1468-13.10.2018/
with this hardware DD Octopus Twin CI & DuoFlex S2 - Twin Tuner Card DVB-S/S2 (Doppel CI Bridge)
the dualtuner works but i use only 1 Tuner from it ( i only have 1 camble)
and both CI Slots listed. The the 1. one descrambling the channels, under cam's i added 2 with selected Caids
the second CI don't descrambling,

what i need to do to compare the second CI slot to the first tuner that CI 1 and CI 2 works with Tuner 1

i hope someone can help me
