dvb-c usb 15f4:0131 HanfTek

strange this usb tuner only works whit v4.0.9 in dvb-c mod, on newer ver it works only like dvb-t2
any solution?
i try to change kernel,pc, ditribution... too

i see it but what? 256QAM is suported but works only whit old ver of tvheadend on newer kernel card wont wotk in dvb-t2 it get low signal somehow
