Sky UK - Bouquets change frequency leading to lost channels
Added by Lokum Lokum about 6 years ago
Hello everyone.
I use tvheadend (HTS Tvheadend 4.2.3-20 ~ LibreELEC Tvh-addon v8.2.112) on a libreelec HTPC. I have UK sky channels using a DVBSky tuner card.
I use BSkyB Bouquet 13 - Test: London to auto map channels. This works well for detecting changed frequencies which happen very often. However recently I noticed some channels could not be tuned into. I checked the services tab and sure enough the channels had a frequency change, but the updated frequency service was not auto-mapped; instead the old (non-functioning) service remained mapped. I wondered why this was so I went to the bouquets tab. I noticed the actual bouquet was now out of date and a new one with the same name had appeared! I deselected the old BSkyB Bouquet 13 - Test: London and enabled the new one, and hey presto, all the updated services were now mapped resulting in the return of my missing channels.
Is there a way for Tvheadend to detect a change in bouquets and to automatically enable the updated one so no channels go missing and no user intervention is required?
Thanks
