ISDB Local Channel Number not populating

Just want to ask if this may be a bug or just needs to be implemented but I'm accesing my air tv channels in ISDB-Tb but the Local Channel Number is mostly 0 and sometimes 1 in the list so maybe this needs to be fixed.

Or maybe someone has a list of issues or things that are not implemented for ISDB-T or TVH in general?
