Tvheadend

Ive got a new install of tvheadend on ubuntu 18.04, Ive installed the latest stable release from Doozer which is 4.2.6x and have a kodi pvr client addon. How do I install guide data for sky UK? Under EPG grabber I have Sky UK OpenTV selected with a priority of 2 and EIT DVB grabber with priority of 1 installed. When its pulling guide data its not pulling from mux 11778 which is where the epg data is transmitted. When set a mux schedule to this mux it doesn't pull all the data. the debug log shows:

As the log shows it doesn't pull the descriptions so all programs show no information instead of the synopsis. Does anyone have a fix for this or is it a bug? Is the a problem pulling guide data over the air?
