new user, help with scanning

hello, i am new to tvheadend, install went well, added ota and iptv now trying a sat to ip server

have a dm500s as sat to ip, trying to scan a sat that has circular and Horizontal/Vertical TPs, scan only sees the H/V TPs not getting signal on the R/L TPs

is there a LNB setting somewhere i need to change? I dont see any option, using the latest version
